HYDERABAD: A five-year-old lady drowned by chance in a swimming pool at Surya Nagar in Alwal. The incident happened on March 22; however, she died on Wednesday morning while undergoing treatment at a non-public medical institution.
The deceased female, Aadhya Rao, is a resident of Father Balaiah Nagar Colony of Alwal and a category one pupil.
The incident occurred on March 22, when the woman went swimming even after being warned by the pool control.
“Usually, she is going for her swimming training from 5 pm to 6 pm, but on that day, she has to move for her dance class, so she went swimming past due at around 7.20 pm,” said Alwal inspector M Mattaniah.
The lady went to the deeper aspect of the pool and drowned. The pool workforce pulled her out of the water, and they were shifted to a private hospital.
She died on Wednesday morning while undergoing remedy, and her body was shifted to Gandhi Hospital mortuary. A case of suspicious loss of life was registered at the Alwal Police Station.
