A martial arts instructor will face a court docket these days charged over the alleged sexual touching of a young lady on the Mid-North Coast at the weekend.
Detectives from the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad started research following reports a girl was sexually abused by a man related to her.
Following inquiries, detectives arrested a man at an enterprise in Coffs Harbour at approximately 8 p.m. on Monday, March 18.
He was taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station and charged with five counts of intentionally sexually touching an infant elderly 10-sixteen years old.
